Apparatus Rebuilding
Assembly
With AC and DC power supplies and the use of a customized 1000 horsepower
dynamometer, we can simulate the actual rated currents, torques,
and speeds units experience in operation. This enables us to certify
design rated parameters prior to any unit leaving our facility.
Our four test cells employ step
and infinitely variable voltages and frequencies up to 5000
volts, 60 Hertz, three phase at 750 KVA capacity. Each step of the final
testing is performed at rated parameters and all temperatures, voltages,
currents, vibrations and noise levels are recorded and compared with published
standards. Our in-house vibration standards exceed the General Motors Corporation
Vibration Standard for new and rebuilt machinery and equipment (Specification
Number V1.0-1993).
We regularly rebuild all types and sizes of industrial equipment. This
18-ton integral steel mill gear is being sweat fit to its mating
bull gear. Our large ovens, cranes, and high bays make assemblies
like this quick, safe and efficient.
