Testing

The quality remanufacture of any industrial apparatus is complemented by accurate tests and inspection. At CMT, we have the unique ability to thoroughly test mechanical and electrical devices. This 2500 horsepower aluminum mill gear reduction unit was spin tested at rated parameters with a variable speed input and circulating oil system designed to mimic in-place conditions. After successful testing, our Field Service Division installed, aligned and grouted this unit on site. Another example of our complete turn-key operations.
