Automated Welding

Three automated welding stations are capable of handling parts up to 50,000 pounds and 120 inches in diameter. Each station features a special automatic power supply and drive designed to facilitate welding the components together. A good mechanical fit, as well as a homogeneous weld zone, is critical to ensure the ultimate magnetic flux flow capabilities found on every CMT new or remanufactured magnet.
