When a stator or rotor requires a rewind, every effort is made to preserve the mechanical and metallurgical integrity of the core iron while efficiently and economically removing the old conductor. Equipped with chart recorders and sophisticated controls, our three temperature-controlled ovens limit the core to no higher than 700 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure proper reclamation.
